I lived at the Knolls for almost 2 years and we had problems from the start. At first we were told that we could move in on a certain date and then we were called by the office staff to tell us that the previous tenent was still occuping the townhouse. We had many maintenance problems that were not fixed in a timely manner. There was never any parking on the street. Letters were sent to each townhouse and appartments numerous times telling everyone that they had "X" amount of days to move their cars that were just sitting there or that had flat tires or else they would be towed. However, they did nothing about them, the cars continued to sit in the same spots sometimes for up to 3 or 4 months. Then when I was ready to move out I had followed all the prerequisite to get my deposit back and after not hearing anything after 45 days I started to call the office. At first I was told that I didn't give a forwarding address- Not True, then I was told that the corporate office never received the info that the Knolls offic had given them, then I was told so and so is on vacation. It is now be 60 days and still no deposit. Each time I called I was told that I would receive a call back to let me know what was going on and never once did I get a call. This company should be ashamed of how they do business. I will never recommend any one to live here.
