Review for Timber Lake Apartments

I've lived here for a little over a year. My apartment is spacious and beautiful, the view is nice, and my neighbors are great. HOWEVER, I have two toilets and only one works, I have an infestation of wolf spiders and ants, two of my three sinks leak, and that's just the beginning. I've called the office, filled out maintenance request forms, and done everything possible to try to fix up my apartment, all to no avail.
If you like a nice space where nothing works (or if you are okay with fixing things yourself) then this is the place to be. However, if you realize that one of the reasons you're paying rent is to have someone fix the broken things, don't come here.
Oh, and when I moved in, the place was covered in cobwebs and dust, with a path cleared for someone to come in and leave a welcome basket in the kitchen. very shoddy.
