Apartment Reviews for Meadows Of Catalpa - Dayton

I have been a resident of Meadows of Catalpa for several years now. I have seen it change from good to bad, and now from bad to best! It has been a rocky road. The community at one point was completely dilapidated. I can honestly say now, the changes are phenomenal! The most recent management company has transformed the community to a place I am now proud to call home. I don't mind my family coming to visit. I'm no longer embarrassed or worried about safety. The office staff is nice, the maintenace comes right away whenever I have a request, a lot of work has been done in and outside of the apartment. My neighbors are loving and friendly. We all look out for each other and speak to one another. There are a lot of amenities available. My grandson loves the pool. We even have a racquetball court; although I've never seen anyone use it before (including me :-)). There's a workout room, tennis court, indoor basketball court and laundry room. Most places don't offer that. The rent isn't the cheapest around, but it's definitely affordable and worth it. Especially for all that it offers. People always ask me, why don't I move somewhere cheaper? I always reply, do they offer what I have now? Ok then, you get what you pay for! Meadows of Catalpa is not perfect, but it is most certainly one of the better choices for the Dayton area. I would and have recommended it to family and friends.

Me and my fiance really love this apartment. The neighbors are all friendly and compassionate when it comes to each other. It is a nice setting, comfy, quiet and peacful. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Mngmt is very helpful.

When I first moved in, I was going by past reputation of this complex, from years ago....Things have changed...If you have a late model car...You can believe it will be stolen....They used to be picky on the residence and now dope boys and rapist and argueing neighbors are to be expected....There has been somethings missing from my apt by maintenance, when I first moved in...They changed management and that never happened again....I pay 579.00 a month for rent and 24.00 month or water...The stair well are filthy...It is not worth it.....I'm moving
