Every since these apartments were sold to new management a year ago, they've been awful! I put in a request to have the kitchen appliances fixed, and it took them two months to finally come to my apartment and fix the items. Just last week the police were called two days in a row to address drunks (who live in the apartments) who were fighting and arguing outside. My neighbors car was stolen a couple of months ago. Drugs are a big problems. I'm currently in the process of moving. Be smart - don't rent from Southern Manor, the management company in charge of Whitesell House.
