Apartment Reviews for Hayes Colony Apartments - Delaware

Ok, my neighbors arent the best in the world, but I really like it here. <P>
I have never had a problem getting maintenence when I have needed it and the management seems to take complaints very seriously and do try to resolve the issue or make it right. <P>
Parking does seem to be a bit of a problem, thankfully we only have one car instead of the two that is allowed. <P>
The pool in the summer time is second to none. It is HUGE. <P>
The other outside activities that it claims are not in the best of condition. The two playgrounds really need some improvement as they can hardly be called playgrounds, or kid friendly for that matter. The tennis court is in some serious shape and in dire needs of some help. <P>
