Apartment Reviews for Silver Maple - Delaware

I love my townhouse. It's a good size and it's in a great location. There is only one thing that I would change and that would be the office "staff" I say it like that because she is hardly a "staff" member. She's rude and nit picks everything that could be wrong so she looks good to corperate. That's all she cares about. No one here likes her, she's rude to almost everyone unless you make her look good. Other than that I love it. The maitenance people are amazing. I'm a woman and I normally wouldn't let anyone in my door alone, but I feel comfortable letting maitenance in because they're good people. I like the place, can't stand the staff.

I LIVED IN SILVERMAPLE FOR 3 YEARS,,I MOVED CAUSE MY FAMILY SIZE GOT BIGGER,I LOVE IT THERE,MY BEST FRIEND STILL LIVES THERE,,THE OFFICE STAFF ARE 2 WOMEN(*******)THEY ACT LIKE THEY BUILT THE APTS BY HAND,,AND THE MAINTENANCE IS SLOW BUT WILL FIX WHATS BROKEN ,AND THERE IS NO PLAY GROUND FOR KIDS AND YOU HAVE TO DRIVE TO ANOTHER APT COMPLEX TO GO SWIMMING, BUT OTHER THEN THAT ,,SILVERMAPLE RULES,,
