Positive Apartment Reviews and Ratings
Very nice place to live ( over a year ago )

Reviewed by: Anonymous
The apartments are just as nice as nearby complexes and priced much more competitvely... The Orchard, for example, next door is priced much higher for half the space and no more quality. I have had nothing but positive experience with the staff and am always pleased with the upkeep/cleanliness of the complex. I love my apartment here and think it is a great place especially if you are a dog lover. The other tenants are respectful and quiet. I am suspicious that the previous negative posts were listed by one disgruntled person placing entry after entry... You simply have to drive through the complex to see his/her comments are bogus.

I moved into The Pines last year, and overall, I am very pleased with the community. The front office staff is friendly and the maintenance crew is outstanding. I had to call maintenance several times, and they have responded promptly and took care of the issues. The club house is great, but unfortunately cannot be rented because of past problems with negligent guests. The location is great because it is off the main road and is relatively quiet. The gym is decent for cardio and free weights, but it could use some more weight training machines. Minor issue, though.
Although my experience has been great, I have heard other people having some problems, but they all are because of bad neighbors and not because of the apartment community itself. Some residents play loud music well into the early morning hours, and I feel bad for the people living near them. The walls are not completely insulated, so it is easy to hear your neighbors' loud conversations when it is quiet. If you are lucky enough to have good neighbors, then you will be very happy living here. But if you find yourself next to a loud tenant, then you could be in for a long lease, but I suspect this is true for any apartment community anywhere.

I have lived here for over 2 years and am so pleased that I chose this community. The staff is caring, the grounds are beautiful, and my apartment is full of the little "extras" that make it my home. I have vaulted cielings, vinyl clad windows ( I have only seen in new build homes), fireplace, full size washer and dryer and the list goes on. I have recommended to all of my friends and will continue to do so.

I have been a resident of the Pines for over 4 years. I have lived in many apartments due to my job. The Pines is by far the best property I have encountered. I was a little disturbed by the nonsense I read on the review page. This is apartment living, so yes there will be some common noise. If you don't like the idea of someone living above or below you, then you shouldn't be renting an apartment. I live on a first floor and very rarely hear my neighbors. This is a very quiet community, I am sure many residents would agree. I am sure that whom ever is writing these negative reviews was not following the rules and was called out on it. Visit The Pines and see for yourself why people keep renting here.

I've been at the Pines since my building opened in 2002. And I'm still here for a good reason: the place is just wonderful and the management is first rate. The staff goes beyond what should be expected to make you glad you chose the Pines. The few service requests I've need to make were handled at once. The landscaping at exterior upkeep are both first rate.
The residents are considerate of others. While no wood and brick mulit-floor is sound-proof (except for luxury ones in high rises costly vastly more than garden apartments, the Pines are as quiet and serene as one can reasonably expect. Whenever there has been an unusal problem, management right up through the owners WILL correct it at once.
The "flamer" who left all the negative posts ad nauseum should be ignored. She probably was one of the very few bad tenants evicted from the Pines!

I have lived at the Pines for 4 years and I would highly recommend it to all my friends and family as a great place to live. The property manager and her staff have always been very friendly and helpful. All maintenance issues have been resolved immediately to my satisfaction. The grounds are kept in excellent condition. It's a very quiet community. Ideal location in the Tuttle Crossing area. Hands down it's the best apartment community I have ever lived in.

I am completely shocked by the previous reviews, obviously written by one person who has had some type of problem or is just an unhappy person all around.
There are always 2 sides to every story and I live here personally and know for a fact The Pines has had the same staff for over a year. They are genuine, great girls who are prompt at addressing any issues that you may have. As far as management is concerned, I have always had a timely response, have never been yelled at in any way, and any work order that I submit, it is taken care of typically same day.
The community is well maintained, landscaped, and was just recently resealed, which by the way was not in poor condition to begin with. Please don't let this person's remarks keep you from checking this community out. They are speaking as though the community is in complete disrepair, which couldn't be further from the truth. Not to mention the square footage that I got for my money for this area for a luxury apartment is top notch.

Have lived here about a year, can't wait til lease is over. Summer time is nothing but smellin and steppin in dog crap and speaking of crap....the ownership can't keep a decent person working in the office or maint. The manager clearly doesn't know a thing, and they can't keep leasing people or maint. workers, which should tell you something. The appearance of the apartments doesn't make up for the lack of follow-through on issues when they come up. You'd think with the cost of the apts, they could afford to hire a experienced staff.

I just moved to The Pines..and for my first apartment, this place is way above my expectations. It's so quiet here. Sometimes I question whether anyone lives here, but when I go outside I see that people do live here -and they are so friendly too! The apartments and the grounds are very nicely kept...it may seem a little pricey but once you live here you realize it is more than worth it.. I feel really safe. The gate and security systems are a nice added touch to that feeling of security. The club house has some great features as well. It has a pool, buissness center (with computers and wireless internet), and a fitness center..all very nicely kept. If you want a place accessible to highways, restraunts, clean, and affordable I would highly recommend living here.

After searching just about every apartment complex in Dublin, I tumbled across The Pines. It was very clean, the staff was extremely kind, and it had a warm feel from the minute I walked in. The grounds are very well maintained along with the clubhouse. Whenever I have friends come out they are so impressed with the quality and presentation of the complex. The manager even knows me by my first name along with the leasing agents, I think that is great. Not to mention they know my dogs name too! This place is going to be hard to leave.

I have been a tenant at The Pines since summer of 2003. My experience has been wonderful, hence the reason I am still here today along with many friends of mine. The staff at The Pines is very professional and kind. They are always willing to help residents in every way possible. Maint. is great, but I have not had many problems, a light bulb out every once in awhile. As far as aparment communities in Dublin, The Pines is by far the best. You will get the most space and quality for your money.

I've lived all over Columbus. I actually had to move out, due to my new roommates' pet size & moved back once she'd moved out. Staff tends to change in the office fairly often, but the maintenance is great & personal. Only negative is that we never get an invoice for our bill! Great workout facility, attached garages, unique apartments that actually feel spacious, small pool, but that I can deal with that!

I lived at Pines for a year and I wanted to go for a month to month at the time of 1year lease expiration. They hiked the month to month price by $70.00.
For one of my neighbor, they hiked it by $25.00 only. I just don't understand why the heck is the descrimination. And also when I notified them I want to vacate the apt, they said I need to give 60 day notice. Why would I take a month to month if it is 60 day notice? They verbally told me I need to give a 30 day notice.
Folks at rental office are tough to work with and they are not friendly and not flexible. Even though I enjoyed living here, keeping in mind the strings attached to lease.. I would ask the future renters to watch out for the various clauses and make sure you get some thing in written.

I worked for a corporation headquarterd in Dublin this past summer, and lived in the Pines at Tuttle Crossing for 3 months. The management was very quick on acting to a couple small maintennace issues. The complex is located in a very quiet area that has alot of people living there temporarily for work purposes, or with families. The location is great, 1/2 mile away from I-270 but far enough not to hear the highway. The bedrooms were large, and the apartment overall was in great condition (I believe the complex is only a few years old). I would recommend The Pines at Tuttle Crossing to anyone looking for a quiet, well-kept and convenient place to live. The only complaint I have is that it is pricy, but if you choose to live in Dublin, you have to expect to pay more for the quality of living there.
