Review for Chateau Apartments

I have lived in my apartment for many years and have seen lots of folks come and go. The management team has been very good about keeping bad tenants out and removing those who have caused problems in the comunity. The maintenance has been good although sometimes changes depending on who is on staff. My servce calls are usually handled the same day or the next. There are times that difficult problems may take a little longer. As a long term tenant I feel that I have been treated fairly and the management team does not constantly increase my rent every year (guess that is there way of rewarding me for staying so long)
