Review for Breckenridge Apartments

So, where do I even begin. Showed an apartment, even showed a "non-upgraded" one, and they weren't too bad. Got my apartment, and it was atrocious. Broken glass in the windows, no locks on any windows, bedroom light switches don't work, screens have holes in them, paint is on everything including all the electrical panels, about 2-3 inches of paint is on the carpet around all edges of the apartment.

And to top it off I had MICE!!!

Was told everything could be remedied by the monday after I moved in, and after a month no change. Then the neighbors started with the music. Music is on a minimum of 6-10 hrs a day, and it makes the bedrooms of my apartment unusable. And then they smoke weed, so I can't open up bedroom windows without getting a contact and my apartment smelling like weed.

An example of how horible the management is........Told carpet would be cleaned. Obviously didn't happen when I moved in, and it needs replaced anyhow. I mean there are so many spots it is horrible. Then I was scheduled for cleaning 3 different times, each time I moved all furniture so it would be ready, and all 3 times no one showed.

Management does nothing at all. Currently have a lawyer and am waiting my 30 days to try to get out of the lease. This is ridiculous.

I have another friend at medical school who made the mistake of moving in here, and his experiences are similar.

Please don't live here, you can spend your money more wisely elsewhere.
