Review for Peppertree Villas Apartments

I lived at Peppertree Villas for a year-- it's convenient if you work at Wright Patterson AFB or go to Wright State (of which I did both). The price is steep for Fairborn, but you get what you pay for. The pool is nice (although a little shallow...), and there is a small playground area if you have any kids. We had a small air conditioning problem that they repaired quickly. I would live here again.
