Review for Collier Park Apartments

Leasing agents were very friendly, pool was nice, but the rest is bad..

When you move out-You will be charged for EVERYTHING. Don't dare put a small nail hole in the wall, or you will get charged big time. I was charged a full paint job of the whole apartment due to small holes and a smoker in the next apartment over. The smoke came through the vents and stained our bathroom walls-thus we we charged. We constantly smelled cigarette smoke. The would not let us dispute this charge. Better hope you do not live next to a smoker!

Your appliances better be cleaned to perfection-Immaculate in fact, or you will get charged a cleaning fee.

To be charged a damage fee of $400.00, you would think us tenants would be crazy party animal college students who wrecked the place..Far from it..We were two full time working individuals with very clean habits..

Also, Mold on the wall due to poor insulation , we were charged for-they called is "grease"....

They may suck you in with a minimal deposit, but will hit you hard when you move out. By the looks of it, occupancy is high in this complex, therefore they are struggling. The rent has dropped almost $170.00 since we lived there 1 year ago--this says something.

I recommend DO NOT LIVE HERE. The managment is out for your money, one way or the other, in deceiptful ways...
