Although the apartments offer lots of room for you and your family, you might as well have your own home because you'll have to fix any problems on your own. The maintenance crew is horrible, and if you are lucky to actually get a work order put in by the office staff, it will take weeks to get someone out to look at the problem and when they do come out either nothing gets done about it or they do a crappy job and it doesn't stay fixed for long. Why pay $800 a month when you could rent your own home in some cases for less?
