Apartment Review for Bridgestone

The staff didn't seem to have it all together when we moved in. On the phone they seemed 'flighty'. It was the right price and close to work so we bit. It's a beautiful area and the apartment's spacious. There was a ridiculously long rental agreement to sign and it wasn't spelled out that 1st month's rent was due before the month's end. In a nutshell, we got an eviction notice not even a week after moving in?

I've never had an eviction notice in my life. So word of advice, proceed with caution.
