Apartment Reviews for Cabot Cove Apartments - Hilliard

Overall, I have been very satisfied with Cabot Cove. The ladies in the leasing office couldn't be nicer, the grounds are quiet and peaceful, and the price isn't too bad. My apartment is in the back of the development, and I feel very safe back there. I"ve heard from many people to stay away from bayside commons, because their are break-in's there. there's absolutely none of that in Cabot Cove!! We have a patio out front, and we feel very safe sitting out there, enjoying the sounds of birds rather than traffic. the buildings are beautiful, the landscaping is always taken care of, and the parking is very abundant. the overall size of the apartment is good..about 970 sq. ft. the rooms are pretty narrow though, so it's difficult fitting in couches and a tv. they come with washers and dryers, which were life savers. my only complaint was that there are shared vents between apartments, and our neighbor is a smoker. when i would walk into our aparment, it smelled like i was a smoker! i hate smoke! but, there wasn't anything cabot cove could do about it because tenants are allowed to smoke inside the building. overall it is a great apartment. i would recommend it to anyone who's looking in the HIlliard area. i even walked to the grocery store right next door! it's very conveniently located. enjoy it! <P>
