Apartment Reviews for Crystal Lake Apartments - Hilliard

My husband and I are happy to call Crystal Lakes home. We have a townhome and despite some major issues prior to and just after our move-in, we have been mostly satisfied with our unit and our treatment by management. The propery manager Greg is OUTSTANDING to say the least, and has been extremely accommodating and efficient in dealing with the residents. The maintenance staff is excellent and knowledgeable, and have seen to all of our unit's needs. The office staff are courteous and friendly, and go out of their way to make people feel comfortable. The units are well maintained overall, the landscaping is mature and beautiful, and the property as a whole is a peaceful, comfortable place to call home. My only complaint is that the office staff and management could be more efficient and diligent in returning resident's phone calls and messages, or following up if a complaint or problem has been addressed. Despite this minor flaw, we are very satisfied at Crystal Lakes.
