Review for Wayne Estates Apartments

the management is wonderful and as nice as can be and they always try to do the best they can to make you happy.....
however sometimes they are not staffed well enough....

the amount of thing that are broken or needs fixed would make my home a fire hazzard....
its very fusterating and I just wish the idiots that own this place would make sure these things can be taken care of. Almost every single amartment/townhome has a laundry list of things that need fixed and with the extreamly small stuff this is imposible. I have had things broken since I moved in.
witch was october 2004...
Oh and the carpet is so disgusting I would rather a child go outside and play in the dirt....
they told me that the owners would only get new carpet if it had holes no matter how stained or gross....
