Review for Wayne Estates Apartments

I don't even know where to start with this place. They tried to delay our move in date TWICE. The problems we have are:

The freezer dumps large amounts of water into the fridge, RUINING our food. The air conditioner leaks all over the living room, it's all moldy now. There's a hole in the bottom of the door that lets bugs in. There's a "hot wire" in the bathroom wall, we have to flip the breaker to turn the lights off. The oven overheats when we set it on WARM, it's caught our food on fire before.

Not to mention various other small things.

The only thing these people have done is come "fix" the A/C twice, it's still not working, doesn't even cool down the apartment anymore.

There are TWO fire hazards in here and we haven't heard a THING from the management, no matter how many times we go complain.
