Review for Wayne Estates Apartments

I moved to Wayne Estates in Jan 05. When I first moved here I didn't have any problems. Manangement has changed so many times lately its unreal. The new apt manager is rude! I'm having issues with mice in my apartment. When I complained to management I was told that an exterminator would be sent the next day. When I returned home from work the next day and inspected my apartment to see if any traps had been set I found NONE! Back to the manager to complain again. She had the nerve to be quite rude to me because I was upset that there were no signs that anything had been done in my apt about the situation. She stated it was my responsibilty to buy the traps, set them, and get rid of them. I have lived in an apt for the last 15 years and have never had to deal with a complex that didn't have responsibilty in pest control! I moved here because it was close to my job. This is the biggest mistake I've ever made. I've got 9 more months til my lease ends and now I have to deal with these pests (I'm single and afraid of them and have noone who can come help with the situation). I hate this place and don't know what to do. Don't EVER move to Wayne Estates...it's a ripoff for the amount of rent you have to pay!
