Review for Wayne Estates Apartments

My husband and I went to look at these apartments. Toni the lease agent showed us the best apartment hers. We were gung ho to move in. She told us that a townhouse like hers was open, but it did not have a basement. We gave $25 for credit report and $99 dollar good faith money. We got approved supposally on the 2/28 and we did not see the apartment, which was not in move in condition until the following week. It was a dump, was nothing like what she showed us. We did not want the apartment and expected our good faith deposit back. Well we were told that we had 72 hours to cancel after we were approved. We had not even seen the apartment yet. What a scam. Don't give these people your money. They are scam artists. If you go past, go really fast and don't look back.
