Review for Wayne Estates Apartments

I strongly encourage anyone not to rent form Wayne Estates due to several reasons. The folks from the rental office are awful except for Toni who is very helpful. Forget about getting any maintenance done in a timely matter and getting good work done which will never happen. I had to wait over six months to get work done after calling on a weekly basis. There is drug activity in the complex, playground is terrible, laudry room is distusting and the corporate office folks are rude and do not listen to you so there is no help there. The maintenance and front office changes about every two months so that means that they are not happy working for this complex and leave which is a good idea. Folks are leaving as soon as they can because of all of the issues with this complex. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPLEX, WOULD NOT EVEN RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORSE ENEMY. I am sorry that I even moved into this place.
