Review for Wayne Estates Apartments

USED to be a nice looking complex, grounds USED to be kept up. Thru the winter this year the walks around the units have not been shoveled or salted. Although the office walks were cleaned and salted. (Gotta make sure you can pay that rent with no problems!!) My wife and 3 yr old son have both fallen on the ice. Maintenance is almost non-existent. They are more concerned on getting people to move in instead of keeping current residents happy. The owners keep playing musical managers in the 2 1/2 years we have been here we have had 3 managers. The fist one we had was awesome but they let her go. The second one was a joke. The current manager is trying but the owners keep tying her hands. For the rent we pay I do not feel this place is worth it.
