Review for Wayne Estates Apartments

This is the first apartment complex I have ever lived in. I have always lived or rented houses, none of them new. Every "flaw" that comes with the apartments are to be expected. My unit had a few scrapes on the counter and needed 2 new doorknobs that they were happy to fix. The girls in the office are extremely nice and very willing to help your living situation. The only negative thing I have to say is the children that live in the complex are awful. My car has shown up with some scratches (they ride their bikes a little to carelessly) and I always have to try and avoid running them over while driving home. Besides that I have had no problems here.
