This place is so lame. There are so many dumb rules. Only one guest in your apt. at a time... Seriously? You would think that you would be able to invite who you want to YOUR apt but no. Also they enter you apt to do maintenence checks like 4 times a year... This makes me uncomfortable/ Who wants random people in their apartment? Not me. Also the pool is closed at night and guesst have to pay to park. Its such a rip off. Its not clean and all they care about is lurring more people to move here. The office staff needs to get overthemselves.

This apt is pretty nice, my only complaints are that if you have friends over, they have to pay to park in the visitor lot, the appliances may look nice, but are lower quality, I have had problems with leaking, breaking, and overall durability, My only other complaint is that there is often a lot of trash on the grounds/hallways, and have fun trying to get your car out after the snow plow plows you in.

I just graduated and I'm getting ready to move out of my apartment at Campus Pointe and I'm really sad to leave. My apartment is brand-new and AMAZING!!! I love that my roommates and I each have our own bathrooms, the fact that BEAUTIFUL brand-new furniture was included was awesome because it made moving in super easy and was way nicer than furniture I could've afforded to buy, and the price was GREAT because it already included cable with HBO!!, wireless internet, and water which were really expensive in my last apartment at Whitehall Terrace. The managers, Kelly and Sheena, are awesome and threw really cool events for us like midnight breakfast, pool parties with DJs, etc. I don't think I'll even find another apartment that I like as much as Campus Pointe! Definitely recommend 100%!!

Over the last two years I've lived in eagle's landing and white hall terrace. I was paying well over $500 a month with utilities (gas and electric). In the winter it was over $600. The heating price probably had something to do with the buildings being constructed some time in the late 1500s. I guess between the holy wars and slaying dragons they didn't have enough time to insulate the walls.

Campus pointe was brand new, so I figured I would give them a shot. Comparing this to the other crappy places I've stayed would be a waste of time. I don't have to share a bathroom with dirty roommates and the place is fully furnished. The worst part about moving every year was dragging all my crappy mismatched furniture into and out of the place. Plus the stuff is actually pretty nice, and as a bonus it figgin matchs so I don't look like I stole my furniture from a hobo.

As far as the other review goes. I've never paid more that $15 for my electric. Apparently the kid has a fusion reactor in his apartment. Those things always tend to jack up the electric bill.

I guess the only problem I've heard of is that if you're a really quiet kid who goes to bed at 11pm on a friday, you might hear some people around partying, but I've never had any problems.

All in all the place is actually a lot of fun. I met more people here than I did in the dorms. The office workers are all pretty nice, but I've probably only been down there twice, so I don't know too much about them. If you are touring the apartments in the area I wouldn't tour campus pointe first, because it's gonna make all the other places look terrible.

The property offers everything! It truly is a great place to live. The model apartment does show exactly how the apartments are. They are fully furnished! (and it's comfy!) The apartment inludes all your appliances and utilites (with the exception of electric) - so your rent includes Cable (with HBO) trash, water, internet, ect. PLUS YOU GET YOUR OWN BATHROOM in every befroom.
The club house (which is only steps away) offers a pool, FREE tanning for residents and a 24-hour computer lab, fitness center, game room, & media lounge.
It is a safe complex & to top it all off, the staff is wonderful! and the maint. staff will fix anything THAT DAY!

If you get the opprotunity to live her, DO IT!
