I've lived here for a year, and really, this place isn't bad. The gas is expensive in the winter, and the spiders aren't great in the summer-- but then again, I live next to the woods. The place is quiet and within a mile of campus. I've never had a problem with the unit. Management seems nice enough. Overall, not too bad.
