Apartment Reviews for Whitehall Terrace - Kent

New management is great. I live at Hickory Mills now and at Whitehall Terrace last year. Whitehall Terrace apartments are way bigger than Hickory and I would have stayed here, but I thought I was done with school. When I found out I needed to stay one more year, I went with Hickory. Both apartments were nice. Mine at Whitehall was upgraded. These are also homey. I could actually plant my own flowers outside. I loved my carport because Ohio really sucks in the winter. You know I was happy here because I'd even bring the maintenance guys hot chocolate at 5am when they started shoveling the snow. Everyone knows my name which makes anything more enjoyable.
