Apartment Review for Arrowhead Apartments

We are moving out next week. We are breaking our lease in fact. We have had property damaged, we have had to listen to ghetto neighbors in the hallways argueing, cursing, fighting. We listen to rowdy teenagers upstairs run in and out, scream, yell, laugh at all hours of the night when our daughter has school. The management is fair except for Audra. She came to our apt to tell us we had 3 days to get out, and I in turn corrected her. I told her this place is trash, and un worthy. She perceeded to walk away and say I was trash. EXCUSE ME? Lol, yeah...okay. Definetly do not rent from this place. It is nice in the beginning, but after a few months you will notice the changes and it starts to wear off frm you thinking you found such a nice place to live. I in deed gave them a great reveiw when we moved in at first, but now wish I had not. On Xmas eve we came home to find our daughters ceiling pouring water out of the ceiling. I went and veiwed the ladys above me, and she said it started from the 3 rd floor which came through due to the roof. Those ladies have both moved out within the past month. We are on the ground floor which houses 4 apts, and after we move only 1 apt will be occupied. Lets not forget the 2 ladies from up stairs. That should give you an idea. Kids tear your decorations up, trash them, and nothing is done about it. Dogs walk around without leashes in the area. <P>
Its just not worth youre time or money. We are excited to be moving to a nice house in a nice subdivision. You will be better off turning away too. <P>
