Apartment Review for Deer Ridge Apartments

I moved out because of poor management. I lived here for over two years- the first two years was great. The apartments are beautiful. The yard and parking lots were nicely kept. Communication b/w the management and tenants was great. The tenants seemed respectful and nice. <P>
But when new Management took over, things went awry. The apartment was still beautiful, but everything else took a nose dive -- trash area remained very messy and unclean; questionable tenants moved in; maintenance did not respond timely; no more 'personal touch' like previous management; lights out for long time before replaced; I could go on, but you get the idea. <P>
