Apartment Review for Westover Village

Over all the place isnt to bad , It may be hud owned but it is a lot nicer then anything you would find in cincy.I have been here for 6 years and really havnt had any problems except with a few neighbors in my building .The property manager is a lot better then the one we had before but she is still rude and in my opinion very unprofessional .
