My family moved in 10/10 and renewed our lease with no thought. Management is great! They have a number of events for residents, Christmas party by Outback this year. Maintenance is amazing, getting my daughter's toy out of the toilet with no question about how it got there. No, they don't bother you about the rent! However, an adult should know when their bills are due! There is a good mix of ages and ethnicities in the complex. Don't buy the crap reviews from 4 years ago!

I have lived here for three years, and enjoyed my stay very much. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
