Apartment Review for Arlington Arms Apartments

I know that new folks have purchased the property, but no matter who takes control, it's still going to be full of rude, dirty, inconsiderate folks. I've lived here for two years and have not had one night where there weren't car stereos loud enough to wake my child. You can barely swim at the pool due to unruly kids smoking and cussing and lately there's been cops here on a regular basis. There are better, cleaner, and cheaper apartments in Middletown.
