Apartment Review for Ivy Hills Place

I have only lived here for a couple months, but so far my apartment has not lived up to the expectations that were given to me when i was shown the place. Amenities that were shown to me in the ''model'' apartment i do not have. I was missing a washer and dryer upon move in and did not receive one for a week. Customer service is awful...i talk to a different person every time i have a problem/complaint and that person never seems to get the message across therefore I wait weeks for a response. The first week i lived here my car got broken into. The second week we had a mass amount of pill bugs intrude our house....after 3-4 weeks of waiting for professionals to come spray they are back again after only a week since they sprayed. We have had to call several times just to make the complaint and after 3 days i still have no answer as to when my apartment will be sprayed for bugs again, and of course i am now getting ''attitude'' from the apartment manager and staff because of my attitude....but who wouldn't be upset about this? This apartment is not worth the money.
