Apartment Review for Evergreen Farms

Gross builders have successfully constructed some of the best looking pieces of crap in the area. They look nice from the outside, but the buildings seem to be made of cardboard. The walls and ceilings are paper-thin. When anyone on our side of the building flushes their toilet, it sounds like a waterfall (loud enough to wake me up at night). If the neighbor above you owns a cat, you will hear it running around. If you live anywhere near the entrance, you will hear all the millions of children who live here running (stomping) up and down the stairs constantly, and slamming the doors. Also, if you live near the front, you hear everyone's entrance buzzers, and all the intercom chatter. I strongly believe that if one unit were to catch fire here, the whole building would go up in flames.. there doesn't appear to be one ounce of concrete in the whole place. Don't let the looks fool you--the spacious apartments and pretty facade aren't worth the shoddy workmanship you have to live with. Also, the carpets looked clean when we moved in, but within about 3 weeks, black stains appeared ALL OVER, as if someone had walked through with motor oil, spilling it everywhere. Crappy materials all around. <P>
