Review for Midtown Towers Apartments

We moved my mother-in-law into Midtown just over a year ago, and I was quickly dismayed. There were, indeed, roaches. HOWEVER, the management team worked hard trying to get rid of the nasty buggers, and eventually did. They cannot check every piece of furniture moved into the building for insects.. that's where the critters come from! (that and from tenants leaving bags of trash in the hall) Everything that has needed to be fixed has been within 48 hours. I am pleased to see that there is so much work going on to make it an even nicer place to live. They just moved the fitness room so that they could expand it, and, yes, the pool was closed, but only after someone vandalized it. It's quiet 95% of the time.. same as by my home, once in a while a car will come through w/ music bumpin'. And the activity director is a gem to all ages! She has something planned daily for everyone! Zoo trips for the kids to Casino night for the seniors! This is definitely a covenient location and a good price. There are always some things people would like to be different, but overall, it's pretty nice.
