My only complaint about The Meadows of Pickerington is how office management will increase you rent for each year you live there. I started at $419 a month for an unfurnished studio apartment. When I renewed my lease for year two, they increased my rent to $435 a month, and were set to increase it to $452 a month if I had stayed for a third year. I chose not to renew the lease for a third year.
