Apartment Reviews for Greensview Apartments
Don't Move There!!!

We lived there for one year and it was a nightmare! If you want to move there make sure your able to look at the apartment before you sign the lease. We had the following issues:
1)Two days before our scheduled moving in date we receive a call from the apartment management saying we need to give them more money for a deposit
2)We were not able to look at the apartment before move-in
3)The carpet was so matted it was FLAT and STAINED
4)The management staff stated the carpet was "cleaned"...we took our shoes on and off as we moved in and the bottom of our white socks were BLACK...so the cleaning company they used to clean the carpet used dirty water
5)Make sure you buy a shovel during the winter because they won't clear the lot so you will need it in order to park your car
6)There NO PADDING under the carpet, so if you walk around without slippers you will feel EVERY nail head
7)Living on the second floor,if you have a neighbor who lives under your apartment that smokes, be prepared for your apartment and personal items to smell like SMOKE
8)The apartment management is family owned, so you would think they would take care of it...NOT...just the opposite they skimp on EVERYTHING to just get by...
9)Office staff is terrible and they don't care about their tenants after the lease is signed
10)Don't let your car be parked their too long because they will have a towing company move it. So if you have two cars and planning to go on vacation, park your car somewhere else. They will mark your car as a damaged/un-movable vehicle and have the towing company (that they have a contract with) tow it. Then you will have to pay $150.00 because they towed it because it wasn't moved for a few days, plus you will have to pay $25.00 for each day it's there at the lot. If your gone on vacation for a week and they tow it after it sits there for 3 days, you will have to pay $150.00 for towing, $25.00 for each day (make sure you include the first day)and your finial cost to you would be $250.00 (that's if you get it out within 4 days)
11)There is a bar behind them and they have their music so LOUD that you will end up closing your windows
12)We were not able to open our windows because all the screens were torn (never replaced by the management)
13)Very IMPORTANT!!!Make sure you get a copy of your lease (that's if you do decide to move there) as soon as you sign because we thought we signed a 12 month lease and it ended up being 14 months.
14)The letter that is automatically generated stating when your lease expires and the offer of the new rate was WRONG and they tried to blame us for their mistake because, we were making arrangements to look at other apartments and we submitted a 60 day notice.
I could go on and on but my strongest advise would be for everyone who is thinking about this place is NOT to do it!
