Apartment Review for Greensview Apartments

OKay first of all, I'm 19 so I didn't really look much into this place, but I sure wish i did now! Lets see, this place is a dump. They don't take care of it at all, and they don't even care about the tenant. And I'm living in a 1 bedroom 1 bath for 580 a month? Really i can get a townhouse for that price, they're litterally raping me with the price. There isn't enough parking. Maintanence doesn't even show up when needed. During summer time my AC stopped working, I called the emergency maintence number and wouldnt you guess they DIDNT answer, and they didn't even have a professional voicemail. THANKS. And get this; when they came I was ASLEEP in my BED and i heard my bedroom door SLAM, I don't know how long them people were in my apartment or if they were watching me, but really? Notification beforehand would be nice, i get that it's your property but for the next 14 months I own my place, and I respect my privacy, thank you. Lets see, My deposit was almost 1000 dollars and ontop of that 1st months rent?!?!?! REALLY!!! What a waste, and I'm not even going to waste my time trying to get my safety deposit back because i know them dumbasses are going to find something to not give it back. Yeah these apartments may be in powell, but this is NOT the place to live, look elsewhere.
