Apartment Review for Vistas The At Wedgewood

I moved to the Vistas at Wedgewood in Powell Ohio because the area of Powell is a very nice area. Unfortuantly I can't say the same for the apartments. The apartments are cheaply built and you can hear every move your neighbor makes. Parking is limited at times just depends on who moves in. For example certain ethinic groups may have 4 cars belonging to one apartment!!! The outside of the apartments are disgusting. The buildings have green mildew off the siding and the landscape is not manicured. The biggest complaint I have had while living there is that people DO NOT clean up after their dog and management does not do anything about it. So if you like living among dog **** and cigarette butts then this place is the place for you or as I call it pheasantville. There are other places in this area to move to so I would avoid this apartment complex. You get what you pay for. <P>
