It's a great place to live if you like being infested by bed bugs, roaches, and c_o_l_o_r_e_d people. It's a great place to live if you like being promised a pool and it never opens all summer. It's a great place to live if you don't want any maintenance man to enter your unit, they don't have any. It's a great place to live after you move in and find out it's a H.U.D. property. It's a great place to live if you don't mind walking in animal crap. It's a great place to live if you LOVE cats. There are 100's running the property along with all the geese. The office staff feed them daily. It's a great place to live when you get home from a 12 hour work shift and have to park on the opposite side of the complex and walk all the way to your apartment. Yes I just loved it here so much I wrote a fake review on Spinnakerclubeast.com and want to come back sooo bad.

As you can see Chrissi Madison Miller, aka, Christina L Moledor, aka, Tina Louise Szymanak (or what ever her name is this week) has proven the type of resident her future landlord can expect. I rest my case. Now lets all enjoy a few more of her raging lunatical rants and libelous attacks which surely help her claim as "the innocent victim".

I would like to thank the Spinnaker Club East staff, and everyone involved for removing this tenant (the previous posted commenter)from their property. Chrissy, Chris, Tina, Louise, Madison, Southern Chrissy, (what ever her name is this week) was nothing but an unemployed trouble maker. She tried to get all of us into her little schemes every week. Several people moved just to get away from her. The nonstop traffic in and out of the apartment became annoying night after night. I just feel sorry for the next apartment complex she has scammed her way into. they are in for a treat with this one.
Again, thank you Spinnaker Club for doing everything to remove this person from your property. I will be renewing my lease, I feel safer now that I can walk my dog and not get harassed. The nut wouldn't even let them in to make the repairs. she changed the locks two times and threatened to call the police if they entered her apartment. And, she's this innocent victim, rotfl.

i've lived here for 10 years. i can say i've seen a huge turn around in the complex and the type of people who they let live here. this place was going in the wrong direction by letting in hoody, loud, and immature trouble makers. they finally cleaned house and made this a nicer, safer and more friendly complex. they are remodeling the insides, just put on new roofs and repainted the exterior and have fenced off the property. in the 10 years i've lived here the office staff has been more than helpful and have gone out of their way for me and my family. i have recommended Spinnaker Club to several of my friends who also have enjoyed their stay here. i gave safety a 5 star rating because i have never felt unsafe at anytime here. we walk at night and its so quiet you can hear the fountain throughout the area. but of course you will get occasional riff raff coming through but they seem to be taken care of and removed quickly.
