Review for Williamsburg Townhomes Apartments

I have been living here since spring of 2004. I really enjoy it a lot because it is like having your own home. You never hear your neighbors, everyone is very polite in the community, not problems, and it is a very family oriented area. My room mate and I are in our mid 20's and not really party people, and there are definitely parties, but nothing crazy and noisey. Everyone respects the rules. The only downfall is the price. It can be very expensive here.

As for the office staff and maintenance. I guess it depends on who you talk to and the day they are having. They are human also! I never had a problem with anyone that works for Williamsburg though. I would definitely recommend the place, but I have to say that the price will definiately make you think twice. Don't, attached garage, washer and dryer in the unit, dishwasher, central air, fire place, etc.!!! You can call this Home!
