Review for Williamsburg Townhomes Apartments

I have been living here for a year. Very beautiful community and love the area. Love the floor plans of my one bedroom with loft. Love that it is a pet friendly community. Love the attached garage. Definately love the pool in the summer, although it is sort of dirty. Do not like that it is very overpriced and each year when you renew they increase dramatically. When it was time to renew my lease they increased rent $65 the first renewel. It was already pricey to begin with but $65 for the first year increase, What will it be next year? People in leasing office are very unprofessional and snotty. The number one compalint and a serious reason to never move her! The winters are horrible. There are drafts everywhere! There must be no insulation at all. Freezing air coming in through the closed windows. If you open the closet downstairs you can see your breath. All outlet plugs downstairs have cold air coming through them. Cold air coming in unit fron underneath door. There is a 20 degree temperature diference from downsatirs to upstairs. You will spend no time downstairs in the winter. You will have your thermostat set to 90 to keep from freezing. You will also need a few space heaters and your electric and gas bill will be out of this world in winter months. If you can handle the winter months here (probably only be able to live through one) this is a good place for a short term home. If you stay here for longer than that you will probably have very high medical bills due to sickness from being in the cold too much or you will probably be broke from them ridiculously increasing rent each year! You decide!
