I've been living here for two years now in building 4080 and have a very good experience. When I call for maintance they are here soon as possible especially in emergencies. The longest I had to wait for maintance was three days and the issue at hand was not affecting my quality of life. I do agree residents tend to go to fast in the parking lot. Far as being loud not has not been a issue in my building. The only time I can hear my neighbors is when i'm in the hallway, other than that I never hear them. Now I will tell you that if you don't have renters insurance than there will be an additional $11.00 dollars a month(renter's insurance) put on your rent and in the winter you do pay for heat. What I don't like is that even if I don't use my heat I have to pay a mimimum fee of $21.00 a month that goes onto your rent. I feel if i'm not using the heat why should I have to pay. Well, the answer I got from the extremely rude manager Leslie is "Because, it's there if you need it." I probably will not be renewing my lease later this year because after the additional fees especially in the winter I can get a bigger apartment somewhere else with more to offer. Warning: The renters insurance they provide for $11.00 only covers damages to their property, it does not cover yours should there ever be a robbery or any other event that would damage your property.

the apartment itself is great. but management forgets to tell you about certain costs you have to pay AFTER you make your deposit that you cannot get back. a few people in the office are very condescending and rude. neighbors are VERY noisy and inconsiderate. they like to leave their laundry in the machines overnight also, so no one else can use them. people stand out in the hallways and have loud conversations, slam doors at all hours of the night, and even have domestic disputes so i've been tempted to call the police a couple of times. people fly through the parking lot and do not watch for other cars or pedestrians. the apartment constantly has spiders everywhere. i have only lived there for a few months and i already cannot wait to move! maintenance takes forever to fix anything; you have to make multiple requests. plus, this place is WAY overpriced for all of the bad crap that goes on!
