Apartment Review for Red Coach Village

I've lived in a few apartments, and this one is pretty decent. The staff here are really nice and straight forward. I'm not a big fan of the non-refundable fees. $200 lease fee, because owner lives out of state. $200 dollar non-refundable pet fee, normal is $400. I had to pay $99 security deposit. I am unsure what that normally is. Some certain breads of large pets are welcomed. You pay water/trash/sewage here. I'm not sure if that is a new thing or not with apartment's, but that used to be paid for. The apartment complex installed new gutters. I have the town house, but I imagine all second story windows have the new aluminum fexture around the outside of the windows. The water drops from the roof onto those, and its extremely loud. Makes it difficult to sleep at night. These units are also old. No washer/dryer hook ups.
