Kim (office manager) is horrible. When I told her that I wasn't renewing my lease she became rude & snappy. When it rains there are no onings to keep the rain from beating down on the metal window sills. The maintenance man is creepy & unfriendly & the pool is always unattended & crowded. Also when it snows they won't have the plow come until late into the afternoon. Good luck getting to work. I don't recommend Red Coach. It's too much money when you could probably find a house for the same amount. I always keep my homes nice & taken care of & have wonderful references & they still screwed me out my deposit. I will rate them poorly on every site possible to help somebody else avoid this nightmare.

I agree with you. She tried to get me to pay for carpet that was damaged from water that flooded the apartment. Also, I cleaned the apartment very well and still she charged me cleaning fees. If anyone should get paid it would be my sister in law since she was the one helping me. This place is terrible. They will screw you. I am not the only one they have done this to. She does not like when people move out and will charge them for whatever she thinks she can.
