Review for Castle Brook Apartment

I recently came to Castlebrook Apartments, I had heard several rumors concerning the poor overall condition and appearance of the apartments as well as the exterior of the buildings, also the onsite staff's failure to properly maintain and communicate with the residents, I was hesitate to even consider moving here, but once I walked in the rental office I was greeted by a professional and courteous leasing staff, I was informed by the staff that their company had just purchased Castlebrook as of March 16th, 2007 and a complete renovation was underway, everything from common interior hallways being painted and carpeted to exterior paint, new gutters, clubhouse renovation, pool renovation, fitness room etc. I am always skeptical so i wanted to see for my own eyes and to my surprise the staff was more than willing and seemed quite proud to show me, we walked the property and on that day I seen painting crews, asphalt crews, carpenters, landscapers, as well as courtesy security officers, the community was as busy as a beehive with renovation. the leasing professional showed me 4 models that were very roomy and well equipt with appliances, the 3 & 4 Bedroom with 2 baths was huge and for the price I knew it was hard to beat elsewhere, they were offering a $399.00 move you in Special, and if you move in before the 15th of the month you get an additonal $50.00 off per month for 12 months..... After discussing this with my family we had to move in, it fit into my budget and I know once the repairs are made the rent will go up so I got into the community before this happened.
