Review for Castlebrook Apartments

Driving by Castlebrook I noticed signs sayin $399 move in special. so i decided to check it out. they are also taking an extra $75 a month off my rent for a 4 bedroom apartment that is HUGE!! There were people all over the property doing landscaping, painting and doin repairs. The woman showing me the apartment was very nice and professional as were the managers in the office. I knew there was a stigma over Castlebrook with crime ratings so i asked the manager about it and she assured me they are under new ownership and management and are totally renovating the community. Redueing the pool and putting in a fitness center and sauna! Another good thing was that they are changing their name to Woodland Hills to let people know they are serious about changing this property around. As a resident of Trotwood that was very reassuring. they said they have armed security now and are allowing Trotwood police officers to live there rent free!! So.. I feel safe there now. I used to visit friends at Castlebrook and not feel safe at night. I wanted to voice myself to everyone on how happy I am that someone serious has finally taken over and begun to change Castlebrook!! Its starting to look really beautiful like it once was back in the day.
