Review for Joshua Smith Apartments

If you like living basically in a double or duplex then Laurel Creek is the place to go. I had no one living above or below me, unlike the traditional apartment life. I never heard the neighbor living beside me so it was like I lived in a single family residence.

To me, spending the little bit extra per month is well worth the privacy provided for in Laurel Creek. Maintenace issues were always a priority with First Troy Corp. too. I would live there again if I return to the Troy area in the future.
