I lived in Union Hill for over 6 years and had minor issues that were easily fixed. there was one issue with car break-ins but I've had my car keys still in my trunck lock overnight and nothing happened!! Susan is a Joy to have as the propertty manger and Tim is a great maintenance guy. Best apartment complex in the whole Dayton area IMHO.
