Apartment Review for Cove At Cooper Lakes

Having been a renter for the last 30 years and having lived in various rental properties during that time. I must say that I have been nothing but impressed with The Cove at Cooper Lakes. The staff is always friendly, knowledgable and curteous, they have gone above and beyond in makin our stay here a pleasent one. The property is well lighted, its very well kept, quiet and the maintenance staff is phenominal! when we have needed something repaired they have always got it done within 48 hours and normally it has been done on the same day and I must add they have always left the unit just as neat and clean as it was when they came in to do the necessary repairs.

I have and will continue to recommended The Cove to coworkers and friends alike.
