Apartment Review for Fieldstone Trace

Old windows tend to make the units chillier than what the management will admit when they show it to you. Dishwasher does not rinse properly - maintenance claimed to have fixed it and 17 months later it still doesn't work correctly. <P>
Forget about snow removal! They do not plow here unless 3" or more falls and will only plow once it stops snowing. <P>
Noisy neighbors have been permitted to crank the bass on their surround sound/game console/television for the past two months -- five complaints later they still live there. Perhaps maintenance could install a new backbone in the resident managers who are basically all talk and no action. <P>
The folks in the office are always willing to take your rent payment! <P>
Overall - it's just alright. I would keep looking and try to find something a bit newer -- something not owned by Triangle. <P>
