Apartment Reviews for Polaris Crossing - Westerville

I had a very bad experience with triangle real estat(now ardent properties). Polaris crossing: a) They are very inviting when they want the lease from you. When time comes to renew you will have a hard time. b) They were DISHONEST, they told me they would renew the lease at 50$ more over my current rate and when I went to sign the renewal they did not do it. c) Now it was too late so and I was within 30 days of lease expiration, inspite of that they didn't give me 4 days concession on 30 days notice. They were RUDE, they HUNG UP phone on me. d) They didn't do a walk in inspection with me and now after good month they send me a bill of $$ above me rental deposit. I had spend over 50$ plus 2 days of hard work cleaning the apartment, steam cleaning the carpet. And all I get is a bill instead of my deposit. How much more sick can they be? I really hope everyone reads this review before they rent for them. I can guarantee that every property run by triangle will give you this horrible experience. I've lived at polaris crossing for almost a year now and have had no problems up to this point. It may be my building but i have had no breakins and no disturbances. The move in special was awesome and well worth the money and the area is fantastic for shopping. I am only moving out because of a rent increase after the first year and also need more space. Would rent here again. <P>

I've been living at Polaris Crossing for almost 6 months, and I've had no negative experiences. The price, as well as the location, is fantastic, and management has been very pleasant and friendly. Our apartment is in great condition, and my fianc? and I noticed from the beginning that it's pretty quiet. It may just be our building, but we never hear our neighbors. We are planning on staying here until we buy our first house or condo. <P>

I have lived here for a couple of years and as a current resident I must say that I love my place. Triangle now offers flexible lease terms which helps adapt to anything life may throw at you. The office staff has changed significantly and often in the past two years but I feel 100% confident with the team that is running this place now. My neighbors keep to themselves but are pleasant! My only complaint would be when people come home late and intoxicated, their giggles, screams and clumsiness is heard throughout the breezeway. But I can handle a few loud nights for the price, location and quality of maintenance and leasing staff. I plan on staying here until I am ready to purchase a home. <P>
